The band works via the use of poppers which can be adjusted to the size of your ankle. The fits fine over my jeans for use in the house. The inside of the band holds the fitness tracker in a small internal pouch. A popper holds the tracker in place. My only reason for 4 stars is down to the pouch. The stitching is sewn over the top of the pouch meaning that it doesn't fully open. You can't easily fit the tracker into the pouch and have to fight with it a little to get the tracker in.
