            Earthspired Northern Indian Spice Flour is a multigrain flour mix which constitutes of 42% millets. This lightly spiced flour is a combination of traditional millet grains with whole wheat and Bengal gram, delicately seasoned with North Indian Spices. It also contains the mesmerizing flavor of kasuri methi and garlic, which give a unique twist while preparing Missi rotis, paranthas, or cheelas. The flour is rich in dietary fiber, phytonutrients and also contains Vitamin-B complex.
