Height increase not too crazy and doable. Do read the description. I made the mistake of ordering the size I usually wear but after receiving it, i noticed it was just a tad too big due to the toe end point. Description says to order 1/2 size down but i went one whole size down- now it feels more snugg but not a deal breaker as you would typically want to break the shoe in and maybe do some conditioning and light stretching on those tighter areas.
