I plan on taking one on vacation with me too. It stays cold for a very long time. I take it out of the freezer and roll my face and neck for 15-20 minutes and it’s still tally cold after that! I can’t even explain how amazing it feels on your face - even though it’s frozen, it is not uncomfortable at all. I like to hold it for 15-30 seconds under each eye as I roll it around, going back every so often to do the under eye and lid area. Helps to depuff your whole face. It rolls very smoothly over every contour - even getting in the corner of the eye area.
