Review: Works As Advertised ! - Fits perfectly in any 4 inch Corrugated Pipe or PVC Pipe. Locks tightly and is working well by raising my Pop Up Gutter Drain, located in the lawn. Raises the Pop Up so it quickly allows the Gutter Water to Drain on the Lawn/ Down an incline. Good Price and another Quality NDS Product.
