In larger bottles (24oz and up) this taste will be nearly untraceable but taste in smaller bottles might be a bit stronger if left for over 12 hours in same water without refilling. Hope this helps! ~Team GoFiltr. **Q: do I need to use filtered water or is tap water just as good?** A: we do suggest using filtered water since GoFiltr has limited purification properties. **Q: Can i use this for every day water drinking, or should i buy this, and the original.** A: You don’t need to buy the GF original since Alkaline MG is much more powerful, this can be used by itself for every day drinking water. Best if used in larger bottles and if you refill it more often. **Q: Is it evidently expired : when particles appear in the water, and small pieces shake out of the cylinder ?** A: Not sure. I did notice the Particles in the water . I will not buy rhis product again due to that .. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tastes cleaner than purified water. *by A***R on September 23, 2026* Love this item. Water tastes clean and fresh. Definitely sticking with this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Talk to your doctor before buying *by V***S on June 24, 2022* I had to stop using it because the electrolytes in my blood are out of range and this filter adds more of them. Until I’m back to normal I cannot use it anymore. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The app isn't great *by C***. on May 17, 2024* I love the filter so far, it's only been a few weeks but I do taste a difference in the quality of my water. I use filtered water but I wanted to ensure that the water I was drinking had the minerals I needed for a healthy life. My only complaint is the app doesn't allow for you to change the frequency of the refills between days. When I first got it, I set it to one refill a day because that was my norm but since I added the filter I am drinking more cause it's so easy to drink like delicious and there's no way for me to increase the refill per day to ensure that the replacement counter goes down normal. Would be cool if the filter was able to send that information to the app on it own but that would be too techy in a drinking filter. ## Frequently Bought Together - GOFILTR Magnesium Alkaline Water Infuser - 9.5 pH + Electrolytes for Any Water Bottle/Small Pitcher, 750 Refills / 3 Months, Ionized Mineral Water Infuser (Original 1 Pack) - Essentia Water Bottled, Ionized Alkaline Water:99.9% Pure, Infused With Electrolytes, 9.5 pH Or Higher With A Clean, Smooth Taste, 1 Litre (Pack of 12) - Perfect Hydration 9.5+ pH Alkaline Drinking Water | 100% Recycled Bottles | Electrolyte Minerals for Taste | 12 pack - 1 Liter (33.8 oz) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/144498151-magnesium-alkaline-water-infuser-9-5-ph-electrolytes-for-any](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/144498151-magnesium-alkaline-water-infuser-9-5-ph-electrolytes-for-any) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
