**Q: How many days does this product last during the postpartum recovery period? Is one bottle enough?**
A: I started using this stuff a day or two after birth.  It lasted me a week/8 days.  I would use it every time after I used the toilet.  My baby is 8 days old right now so that’s is why this is my answer.  I am about to order my second bottle now because it’s a great product and gives me relief.

**Q: Can I use it on my episiotomy stitches?**
A: It’s supposed to be safe for it. But it had a sting to it when I used it and I didn’t have stitches or tearing.

**Q: Is one bottle enough for a postpartum recovery period or do you need more than one bottle ?**

**Q: Can I use this for swelling even though I didn’t have a baby .**

This product was a lifesaver postpartum. I had a 3rd degree tear that was stubborn to heal and this was one of the only things to bring relief. I would just pump a little on top of my tucks pads and it did wonders for the cooling affect.
