## Description

This 5 piece Marinating/Grilling Set includes a 9 cup marinade dish with unique rippled bottom to assure uniform marinating (meat rest on ridges, marinating fluid flows under the meat between the ridges), a 2 3/8 cup bowl for marinade sauce and a silicone basting brush. Airtight, "burp able" lids for both containers are included. The marinating time can be shortened by "burping" the excess air out of the marinade dish which creates a partial vacuum. Containers and lids made only in the USA from FDA approved, BPA-free materials. The basting brush is made in china from heat resistant silicone.
