However, apparently Dorman only acquired partial rights to duplicate this part and designed the inner filling aperture smaller than the original part making it incompatible with Ford No. 307-437 Fluid Fill Adapter (OTC 6604). Nevertheless, take into consideration that just one of OEM part 6R3Z-7A010-A can cost you $30 and Dorman gives you 5pc here and you will need them considering that the inner Torx cap can get stuck and irretrievable (probably that's why you are seeking a replacement). All that being explained, you need a fill adapter size 5/16 with a 24 tread. So far I have found only one and is the Mityvac MVA589 ATF Refill Adapter designed for Volvos which is actually less expensive than the Ford OEM part. Amazon and your local O'Reilly sells them.
