I stretched from 8mm for 2 wks; 10mm for 2 wks. Used the glass tunnels for 2weeks. Today (April 17th), I just went up from 10mm to 12mm. I safely and, slowly, twisted in, then secured with o-rings. Cleaned off excess oils with alcohol. I will start twisting tapers; using warm salt water to cure irritated lobes; for a few days, then insert the tunnels.
