The main support tube is very sturdy. I'm probably going to assemble with some blue 242 loctite to avoid loose bolt issues on the water. I also like the way you can rotate the angle of the rod holders - see the photo for full range of motion. If it holds up well without any issues, I would definitely upgrade to a 5-star product. I'm just a bit of a skeptic until I can put it through its paces. First impression is very good.
