I chose this one because I wasn't convinced I would use it as the idea of a menstrual cup kind of creeps me out and this one was cheap enough that I wouldn't be upset if this was a failed experiment. Other reviews suggested watching videos to get educated about their use and I would say that is essential advice. Had I not watched many, many videos, I'm sure I would have given up straight away. There is a learning curve with this and it took me 3 cycles to get confident in its use. Even before I became proficient, I was sold. Usually I'm in the bathroom every hour. I have to stay at home for the first two days. But not with this. There are no leaks if placed properly and even if not placed properly the leaks are minimal in comparison to tampons. I can put it in and forget about it for 12 HOURS. It's amazing. Really what it is is freeing. I encourage you to get over your squeamishness and get a menstrual cup. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great quality *by H*** on Reviewed in the United States on April 20, 2020* The only reason I give this a 4 star is bc I’m a first time wearer of the cup and I have a hard time getting the cup to fold back out and suction properly once I put it in place. I believe once I use it more than the one time then I’ll get a technique down that works for me. I don't think it was a design issue though, I just personally was struggling. I think I was just so nervous that I was going to make a huge mess that I psyched myself out. Pulled it out and dumped it in toilet with zero spillage. Washed with antibacterial soap and reinserted. The insert/removal process may take some getting used to, but overall I definitely like it more than expected. I don't feel it at all. Wore for 12 hours with NO LEAKS!
