However, after some inspection, I realized they were designed to come apart, which makes cleaning easier.They are very sharp and seem to cut well but I need to test them with a turkey or chicken to really test them, but they appear sturdy and sharp. They have some aspects of a "multi-tool" but I never thought of using scissors for things like a bottle opener, so that wasn't a big thrill for me.
