A: All the writing is in German but at the bottom of the box it says ‘made in China’ in small writing.

A: The steel of this knife is not real Damascus，it is steel 7Cr15MoV, the pattern of the blade are laser engraved to make it looks beautiful and elegant.

**Q: Can this knife be sharpened on a sharpening stone?**
A: It's a very sharp knife and stays very sharp for a long time...months to a year. Please take care of the knife blade. Hand washing is recommended to keep the blade sharp. You can sharpen the knife as you would with any knife. With a regular sharpening rod, stone or knife sharpener.

**Q: Is this dishwasher safe**
A: It probably is, but personally, I would recommend it because of the wooden handles.
