I purchased these for my son's firefighter costume. The clips barely open enough to get the waistband into them. It is impossible to shorten or lengthen them. The bow-tie crumples and wrinkles easily, and it is difficult to put the bow-tie on or take it off. To make matters worse, the clips that adjust the suspender size broke off after two wears.I would recommend these for a theater, dance group, or costume type of thing.
