(I don’t know if implants would be different) If you’re using right after surgery, you want to get either your normal size or one size up. I was swollen and I had to use gauze, which takes up more room than you think. I wanted to buy the size I knew I’d be (So excited to go smaller) but there is too much swelling at first.
