First I pumped it up all the way and after a day realized I need to experiment with different amounts of inflation. I settled on about 60% inflated is perfect for me in my particular car seat. That way I get the lower support that relieves my pain, but still get support at my middle back so I can sit comfortably in my car seat without a big gap between the seat and my mid and upper back. This is way better than the standard cushions that don’t have the ability to adjust firmness.thats my honest review.
