Since we usually purchase in lots of 10-15, we have ended up purchasing from many different vendors.All previous vendors have a checklist they follow to make sure:1.) The cords aren't torn2.) The rubber feet are in place3.) The screens aren't scratched4.) The phones are defaulted and certificates deleted5.) Phone is clean6.) Many other itemsThis vendor did none of the above. We received phones which had:1.) Dried food, finger prints, face grease3.) 6 out 15 torn cords, 3 of which were shorted and needed replacements4.) 2 had missing cords6.) One missing handset7.) Scratched screens8.) Missing rubber feet9.) Configuration still on prior owner's phone systemYou may ask why i didn't just return them. I ordered them and then the project was placed on hold for 3 months.
