A: Yes, the Witts #1504 Sausage Seasoning does contain Sage even though it is not specifically listed on the ingredients (it is included in the ingredient listed as spices)

**Q: Does this contain gluten?**
A: The Witts #1504 ingredients are:  Ingredients:  Salt, Spices, Sugar, Spice Extractives, BHA (0.051%), Propyl Gallate (0.020%), Citric Acid (0.011%) added to protect flavor. NO MSG! As far as I have read about gluten, none of these ingredients are a source of gluten.  But the package does not say "Gluten Free".  None of the Witts seasonings are labeled "Gluten Free" so I would look at the ingredients to determine if any of the ingredients are a source of gluten.
