Review: Basic functions work, but it's slow and google maps always crashes - I got this phone for free from at&t because they said my old phone (xiaomi redmi 7) wouldn't work anymore when they updated their system. Basic functions work, like texting, calling, emails, alarms, etc. However I'm having trouble with certain apps being really slow and crashing, especially google maps, which I use daily for navigation so it's a big problem for me. The app is really slow to open in the beginning, so I have to sit in my car for several minutes waiting for it to start up. Then after 15-20 minutes the navigation freezes, and I have to pull off and reboot the app once I notice. This is making me really anxious any time I drive anywhere, not to mention making me late. I'm considering replacing the phone because of this alone.

I got this phone for free from at&t because they said my old phone (xiaomi redmi 7) wouldn't work anymore when they updated their system. Basic functions work, like texting, calling, emails, alarms, etc. However I'm having trouble with certain apps being really slow and crashing, especially google maps, which I use daily for navigation so it's a big problem for me.
