The inner ring keeps it water-tight, just make sure it doesn't shift out of place. The lid stays on well, and the handle is a perfect addition. Recommended especially for folks who don't drink enough water, and for folks who might want to bring water from home because the water at work tastes bad. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Ok bottle, needs a better cap. *by A***A on September 2, 2019* The bottle itself is large and sturdy. The plastic is thick and durable, the matte, soft touch coating is nice and I like the black and teal colors.The cap and straw though, are a different story. It feels like the cap won’t quite screw on right, and it leaks a little. The flip top portion of the cap is absolutely junk; it barely closes and breaks off at the slightest bump. The straw itself is fine but it would be nice if I could keep it in the bottle and close the lid. And the straw isn’t actually long enough to reach the very bottom of the bottle. ### ⭐⭐ Nice bottle but leaky *by I***0 on July 1, 2019* Unfortunatley at my very first use. the water I had in it leaked everywhere and I made sure the seal and gasket was on right and the thread was right and it never worked, leaking everytime I moved or took a drink.
