I prefer to take it at night and let it work while I rest. There's something about this mix that works better, for me at least, than a lot of the collagen pills or even other powders. I like the vanilla taste too. I guess that's a personal preference though. I tried the fudge version and another flavor, but they were too strong and I think this one is the best.
