We recently bought The Woods box set of 5 episodes for $140 and the first box took us almost 3 hours! There were so many layers to it. It was so fun though because it was just like being in a horror movie (it was a paranormal story about witches summoning spirits). Overall, you get out of it what you put into it. If you are one dimensional and don't piece all aspects of the story together and only focus on eliminating one suspect, then you're not going to like it and you will sell the whole experience short. My first and current subscription is through Amazon and when I had questions regarding the next boxes arrival Amazon directed me to HAK and HAK had no record of my order and therefore were unable to help me. You're also unable to login to the HAK website once you receive your first episode box (again because HAK doesn't recognize the Amazon subscription) which I'm told gives you access to be able to order your next box sooner (this would be a nice option) Also my second box was missing three items and again Amazon directed me to HAK and HAK stated that they would only contact me if there was an issue otherwise the missing items would arrive in 2-3 days; it's now been 6 days and I've not received the items in the mail or an email back from HAK stating they needed more info from me. :( I'm really hoping the arrival of the next boxes goes more smoothly and that I get a complete boxes the first time around so I don't have to go through the hassle of trying to contact someone again.
