They fit perfectly on my G930 headset. The old pads just slid off and the new ones slid on. The ear pads are pretty easy to get off and on since they just have a lip that slides over the headset. The headband was a little harder and needed a small screwdriver to pry off the old one. I used the following video for guidance and was able to get the old one off and the new one on pretty easily: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-IHfnB3Ty84. The images that I have attached show that they are just as thick as the original pads. The headband was a little thicker although the original pad could have compressed from use. They feel just as comfortable as the original and I love the blue coloring! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfort to the max *by O***K on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2021* These replacements are very tight-fitting. Once on they are extremely comfortable. You can wear them for prolonged periods without sweating or the itch that comes with it. One of the best improvements I have made. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ After 2 weeks of trying I have achieved my goal *by B***T on Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2019* Like the headline says I spent two weeks trying to find replacement pads for my G430s and these are the only pads that were the right size to fit on the earpieces. Granted they don't have the same comfortability as the stock they make up for by keeping the same shape as the originals.
