So for our dogs, they definitely work. **Q: How long before a stressful event should the treat be given?** A: I would say at least 30 minutes, however for a dog that maybe sort of edgy anyway or that may encounter a range of trigger stacking events. A daily dose of a calming supplement will help far more. I didn’t notice a difference when I used these. I switched to the daily calming bites and have noticed a difference in stress reactions in my dog.
