Yes you have to stick your hand down and adjust it if it rolls up a tiny bit when you’re getting dressed, but they are soooo comfy. I did a few side lunges and yes they move and give you slight front wedgie, but I think it’s unavoidable.They are not 100% seamless bc the waist band is doubled about 1/2 inch. I think I would also wear this under dresses for the extra hold.It really feels like you’re not wearing underwear when you have them on. I will update my review when I wear them with normal clothing like work slacks.
