I use it for my 'day job' which is software development. It is clear and crisp and the OSD provides the usual options. The included stand is sturdy yet appears more minimal than it is. The monitor is height adjustable as well as being able to be angled which is something I have personally only seen on higher end business monitors. Why this monitor comes with a mood light at the back is a mystery - It is invisible if switched on and seems rather pointless. I switched it on once out of curiosity and decided it definitely wasn't worth the time taken to do so and promptly switched it off again. The only issue I have had with this monitor is the audio over displayport - I just cant get it to work. That said, I usually use an external DAC anyway so it's not a major issue and is likely to be down to my setup. Audio over hdmi works just fine. The curvature is quite noticeable at certain angles and stood out for the first couple of days. After this time though, I must have adjusted to it as I don't really notice it anymore. All in all I'm very pleased with it. Review: Best Monitor I ever had - These days, the best 4K monitors are more vital than ever. With all the 4K content rolling out and desktop PCs coming with increasingly powerful components to handle more visually demanding tasks, having a monitor that can keep up is necessary. And, the MSI Optix MAG321CURV Curved Gaming Monitor 31.5 Inch is more than up to the task. I previously had another MSI gaming curved monitor FULL HD 27 inch, but I recently decided to step up with a bigger size in inch and a 4K resolution, that's why I have decided to go for the MSI Optix MAG321CURV Curved 4K Gaming Monitor 31.5 Inch and I can guarantee you that if you’re looking for a 4K monitor for gaming, this is the perfect fit for you. The first impression I had starting to use my new MAG321CURV was that I was not having only a new and great quality monitor but was also a feeling like I had an upgrade of my VGA too. If you are willing to dedicate some time to customize the settings of this wonderful monitor, as I did, you can really take out an incredibly sharp image quality, and with the VA panel, you can also get an excellent contrast ratio and incredible black uniformity. It also has fantastic gaming features thanks to its good response time and excellent low input lag. That, combined with its 4k resolution and HDR support, means you'll have an immersive gaming experience. Reflection handling is decent, and it gets bright enough to fight glare in well-lit environments. ## Features - Curved Gaming display (1500R) – The best gameplay immersion. - 4K High Resolution - Game titles will even look better, displaying more details due to the 4K resolution. - HDR Ready - Provide eye-catching detail through contrast and shadows adjustment. - Gaming OSD App - Create the ultimate viewing settings for your game. - Console Optimization – Best solution for console game. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07THFBS43 | | Aspect Ratio | 16:9 | | Aspect ratio | 16:9 | | Box Contents | 1 product | | Brand | MSI | | Brand Name | MSI | | Colour | Black | | Contrast Ratio | 2500 | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 331 Reviews | | Display Technology | LED | | Display Type | LCD | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04719072623678 | | Hardware Connectivity | DisplayPort, HDMI, USB Type C | | Has Color Screen | Yes | | Image Brightness | m2 | | Image contrast ratio | 2500 | | Item Type Name | MSI Optix MAG321CURV GAMING MONITOR | | Item Weight | 7 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | MSI | | Maximum Display Resolution | 1920 x 1080 | | Model Name | MAG321CURV | | Model Number | 4719072623678 | | Mounting Type | Wall Mount | | Native Resolution | 3840x2160 | | Network Connectivity Technology | HDMI | | Picture Quality Enhancement Technology | HDR | | Pixel Pitch | 1 | | Product Features | Curved Screen | | Product Warranty | 3 Years Manufacturer | | Refresh Rate | 165 | | Resolution | 4K UHD 2160p | | Response Time | 4 Milliseconds | | Screen Finish Type | Curved | | Screen Size | 31.5 Inches | | Screen size | 31.5 Inches | | Screen surface description | Curved | | Shape | Rectangular prism | | Specific Uses For Product | Gaming | | Total HDMI Port | 2 | | Total USB 2.0 Ports | 3 | | Total USB Ports | 4 | | Viewing Angle | 178 Degrees | | Voltage | 220 | | Warranty Type | manufacturer's warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** MSI - **Screen size:** 31.5 Inches - **Resolution:** 4K UHD 2160p - **Aspect ratio:** 16:9 - **Screen surface description:** Curved - **Image contrast ratio:** 2500 - **Response time:** 1 Milliseconds - **Refresh rate:** 165 - **Display resolution maximum:** 1920 x 1080 - **Special feature:** Curved Screen ## Images ![MSI Optix MAG321CURV Curved Gaming Monitor - 31.5 Inch, 16:9 UHD (3840 x 2160), 4K, VA, 1500R, RGB Mystic Light, Adjustable Stand, DisplayPort, 2x HDMI, Type-C, Anti-Flicker, Less Blue light, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71jH1RvdDsL.jpg) ![MSI Optix MAG321CURV Curved Gaming Monitor - 31.5 Inch, 16:9 UHD (3840 x 2160), 4K, VA, 1500R, RGB Mystic Light, Adjustable Stand, DisplayPort, 2x HDMI, Type-C, Anti-Flicker, Less Blue light, Black - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71+RhSBJ6aL.jpg) ![MSI Optix MAG321CURV Curved Gaming Monitor - 31.5 Inch, 16:9 UHD (3840 x 2160), 4K, VA, 1500R, RGB Mystic Light, Adjustable Stand, DisplayPort, 2x HDMI, Type-C, Anti-Flicker, Less Blue light, Black - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71YLtwVrCdL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good value 4K monitor that produces a decent picture. *by S***E on 29 May 2020* Although I did not buy this for gaming (and therefore can't really vouch for its suitability for that purpose) I am very happy with the monitor. Every feature and marketing information relating to this monitor is a gimmick. Picture quality was awful, colour, brightness and sharpness were on par with cheapest monitor's I've used. Pixels were flickering, as though they were unable to be fired all at once. Note, I have a gtx1080 and tried this on another machine and at different resolutions. There was definitely a reason why I got it for the price it was sold. It's all a gimmick. Not worth a purchase. Not worth the price paid. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/145374326-msi-optix-mag321curv-curved-gaming-monitor-31-5-inch-16](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/145374326-msi-optix-mag321curv-curved-gaming-monitor-31-5-inch-16) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
