However, this chair is nothing like my previous chair. #1 - the color was white white, not beige as advertised. #2 - the chair was a nightmare to assemble and I consider myself an expert at these things. There was a short screw that you needed to somehow thread through a short blind hole while holding the screw, the screwdriver, the arm of the chair, and a washer cusion between the chair arm and the chair. So crazy!!!! I am pretty sure that the original design did not include the washer cushions and that they were added as an afterthought to protect the synthetic leather of the chair, but the designers didn't give you a longer screw to accomodate for the extra 1/2 inch of the washer so it isn't actually long enough. I was able to get it all assembled without the washer cushions, but this might have damaged the soft synthetic leather after some time. #3 - After all this work to assemble the chair, I would normally just live with a mediocre chair, however, this chair was SO uncomfortable to sit in, you actually are forced forward and can't sit up straight or lean back at all. The chair looked nice, but it was so horribly uncomfortable that I disassembled the entire chair (taking a chair apart is much much more difficult than putting it together) and fit it all back in the box to return. I gave it two stars because it is a decent looking chair, but still not something you want. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great buy! *by K***. on Reviewed in the United States on July 7, 2019* I absolutely love the bright red color; it livens up my office!It wasn't hard to assemble, and I am not great at assembling things.The chair is comfortable and sturdy, and I don't mind being in it 40 hours a week.I would definitely buy another! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty nice chair, looks good and is comfortable. *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2019* Overall I like the chair. It is a bit too high for me right now but I may be able to do something more about that later if it bothers me too much. I believe that the chair is pretty high quality as I expected it to be at the price I paid for it. However there were a few problems putting it together. First, it would have been a lot easier if I would have had a helper. Second, one of the holes was not threaded correctly and I could not get the bolt to go into the hole until I re-threaded it. I could have sent it back for that but I just fixed it instead. After that it only took a couple of minutes to finish putting the chair together. Seems like good chair.
