I bought this vitamin because of the ingredients. In my search, it had the exact amount of Calcium Citrate with vitamin D that my body needed. Calcium Citrate absorbs more easily than calcium carbonate. Since the cancer illness (years) I went through my body has needed calcium. I have been very pleased how my body been feeling of lately.
