It has a fairly easy (if you have strength, you have to push in to open the gripper to slide it into the vent) connection to the vent piece but when the phone goes in it, it really sags. The vents are not made to hold weight so it moves downward and has to be adjusted every time. It's not like it stays in the same position and you stick your phone in.......it weighs it down and has to be adjusted. ### ⭐ Complete Garbage *by K***M on June 11, 2019* I returned this the day after I received it. It was nearly impossible to put on the vent & failed to hold my phone. The bottom section designed to drop down is flimsy, fails to fit securely around my phone one speed bump & my phone would be on the floor. The phone gripping part works great and is super versitile. I love the ball joint to angle the phone how you want it.The problem is the crocodile grip. I don't like that it limits air flow, but I was expecting that. What I don't like is that the grip on the vent keeps wiggling loose.
