Anyone watching their carbohydrate intake needs to try these. No matter that you think of them the first time you open a package, just hold your nose and rinse the noodles according to the directions. The initial smell does not impact the flavor. I have used these in everything from mac 'n cheese to Chinese food to one-skillet Hamburger Helper style dishes.
