The box that contained the actual clock was too big, and the clock was sliding all around inside. To top that off, THAT box was placed into a bigger Amazon box (without any packing materials), so it was sliding around inside there as well. When it arrived the clips that hold the clock in place had come lose and were rattling around inside the clock. The glass and clock face were not being held in place. I'm shocked they didn't break. Having said that, it's still an "okay" clock but I won't be keeping it.
