I bought this because a friend let me try his massage bed of a different make that he bought about 6 years ago for $3,000, his bed only works the spine. I was impressed when using his bed because it decompressed my spine and when getting off the bed, I exclaimed *I feel taller* and he told me,*you are about 2 inches taller than before you got on this bed*, so I decided to buy this bed and paid half of what he paid for his bed and a bonus for my new bed is the legs are massaged where his doesn't have that feature. Two other features his doesn't have are two separate hand held jade heaters that are too difficult to explain as I just set up my bed today and haven't had any experience with those but the infrared jade spine rollers sure do work. The only problem I had was with the installation as it comes in two packages bound together and you have to install the loose pieces yourself, there are no worded instructions, just a parts list and a very poorly drawn picture so you have to figure where the different parts are to be assembled. You're supposed to be able to do this in one hour and being very adept in doing this type of work as I'm a retired tool design engineer, it took me well over two hours. Good luck!
