The setup is very easy and straight forward not only is it easy to setup but its very easy to remove when not in use. The bar has a fold design allowing it to be quickly removed and stored very conveniently. The bar is solid, and can also be used to do sit-ups and pushups. The bar fits well with numerous door sizes and is very sturdy. I am 5 feet 11 inches with average to a little above average length in wingspan and I can't use the outer handles. They shouldn't even be on there. Also, the location of the joints to provide the extender arms are in a bad location as well. They are right were I would want to put my hands for a pull up..so you can't get a good grip. With that being said, it was simple to setup, it seems to be sturdy, and I can do pull ups. I got this one because it was the least expensive on here.
