Didn't leak until he started peeing more at 8 weeks (changed roughly every 2 hours) and looks very cute. We started adding an extra booster under the pad it comes with and no further leaks. It is now too small at 10 weeks (slightly bigger than average baby). The pad fills the wrap well so you can reuse the wrap sometimes but using these full-time would still be expensive. We also used the Littles and Bloomz newborn (ebay) and Totsbots newborn nappies.
