This product is pretty pricey for the quality. My son is working on his waves and requested I buy this. He is 16 and almost OCD about how he cares for his things, this product only lasted 3 days and started to fray on the edges. It is silk and what is described, but not worth the amount it costs. I will be sticking to the 5.00 durags
