Active Ingredients (per soft chew):         Glucosamine HCI      158 mg          Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)      140 mg          Creatine Monohydrate      88 mg          Perna Canaliculus      53 mg          Eicosapentaenoic Acid    (EPA)      3 mg          Docosahexaenoic Acid    (DHA)      2 mg          Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate    (Vitamin E)      9 IU          Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)      2 mg    Inactive Ingredients: Alpha Lipoic Acid, Calcium Phosphate, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Grape Seed Extract, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Lecithin, Magnesium Stearate, Manganese Sulfate, Marine Lipid Concentrates, Natural Liver Flavor, Selenium, Silicon Dioxide, Sucrose, Whey, Zinc Sulfate.
