Since shoulder carrying is the preferred method of transportation for my husband I was so excited when I found this awesome carrier! I can now relax when my precious little guy is happily riding in this very secure and comfortable carrier. I love it, my husband loves it, and my little guy loves it!It is also very light weight, folds up pretty small, and is quality made. Totally recommend this to anyone!#shutupandtakemymoney ### ⭐⭐ One size does not fit all. *by S***N on June 26, 2019* I realize I have broad shoulders, but every image of this thing you see online is of a thin person. Add any bit of muscle or fat and it is snug, cutting off circulation under the arms. In addition, the leg straps are too small (short) for my 2.5 year old and the buckles were not child proof enough. My son could unbuckle himself as well as unhook the velcro on his legs. My Deuter hiking backpack provides better lumbar support and although my kid sits on my back vs. shoulders 100% safer. I reached out to the company to return but they did not respond. Amazon did the right thing and credited the purchase even though the seller/manufacturer didn't back up their own product. ### ⭐⭐ Sizing is Tricky and Returns are Difficult *by K***. on July 9, 2019* As my husband and I are dramatically different sizes, we ordered this hoping it would fit either my narrow shoulders and slender frame, or his broad shoulders and barrel chest. No such luck. While the carrier is clearly high quality in terms of materials/craftsmanship, the design wasn't great. It didn't' fit either of us. We could get it on alright but the second our kiddo wiggled it was thrown off-kilter and really uncomfortable. I wound up with a big gap between the back of my shoulders and the carrier straps/arch and my back was KILLING me after a short walk with my ~25lb 18 month old. Couldn't use the strap across the front (the instructions advise "moms" to leave this unbuckled to accommodate breasts). Husband had an issue wherein the the metal bars supporting the seat back went diagonal and were digging into his back - ouch! Toddler did seem to enjoy it, but wasn't losing his mind with happiness so I think we'll stick to the standard backpack carrier for our hiking needs. If you're built like the people in the advertisement and/or your kid demands shoulder rides I can see where this product could be functional.Now, the return process is ongoing but it's been a full week and nary a peep from the seller after submitting my request. I'm now stuck with the A to Z process on Amazon to get my money back and this contraption returned.
