Everything turned out well, baked well and will be buying this again. Not much else I can add, only if it is something you need, give it a try, I do not think you will be disappointed. Bob has always made very good products. I use many of Bob's Red Mill, I like because they are organic and the company is employee owned, this is a big one for me.
