I am SO disappointed with this caviar. Primarily because it was sent without any type of refrigeration. I found the package sitting on my front porch. I took it in and immediately refrigerated the item. I was hesitant to eat it but it smelled fine and tasted delicious. Until about 1-2 hours later when I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhoea, classic symptoms of food poisoning! I can’t even return it. I used to order caviar from Amazon in the UK all the time and it was always delivered with a small ice pack. But not in California in summer?
