On the other GPS units that are able to have BirdsEye Imagery downloaded, you must pay a $30 annual subscription to continue downloading imagery. However, the GPSMAP 66i GPS Handheld & Satellite Communicator unit, comes with a lifetime subscription for downloading BirdsEye imagery, which is very helpful in planning routes and getting around in the backcountry. Of course, this unit also comes with all of the other inReach functions, such as emergency SOS functions, messaging, weather, bluetooth pairing with your smartphone etc....Don't leave home without it...... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not user friendly *by M***E on August 29, 2021* Not easy to use and gave to set up before go on hike.
