He has just completed his second soccer camp and we asked him how he felt the snack has helped. We live in Florida, so he has had to deal with the extreme heat whilst playing outside. He was given a predetermined amount to eat in the morning before practice and another portion at lunch time to help with his energy. The first thing that should be mentioned is that he loved the vanilla flavor (very important). Secondly he felt that they gave him a boost at lunchtime giving him energy to practice in the afternoon. My son normally tires very easily so I feel that they did give him a boost, but very hard to measure.
