I had a hard time figuring out why the dividers were not locking in place. Until I figured out the last hard push locks them into place. The dividers can be assembled before placing them into the center console, even though the instructions show they have to be assembled once inside the console. The top compartment snaps into the top of the lid, so I didn’t use the adhesive strips. Yet. But if the top compartment doesn’t want to stay in the top, I may need to use the adhesive strips.
