Our last to orders where okay. The ash catchers still look great but the holes for the incense sticks did not go all the way though the ash catcher, it was about 5 out of 10 that had this concern. It's not a big deal but it is an extra step for us to finish the hole. Over looking the making of this item would be helpful to keep mistakes down. But still not a bad ash catcher and will order from again.
