Review: Product was easy to install and performs as quoted. Delivery was quick. - I have no idea as to the battery life. So far it works well when the sun is out however it has been very rainy since it was installed. I made a water feature for our kettle fish pond and it serves as a filtering system as well, we keep it from squirting high in order for the water to trickle in each pot which contain filtering material covered with rocks-we have not installed the light kit as of yet. The main reason was to keep the water clear and aerated which it is doing great a few hours each day.

I just re-designed a fire pit area and I wanted a water feature that was solar driven. It took me about 20 minutes to put it together and have it up and running. I did let it charge outside for a day before I placed it. The cords for the pump and light are long enough that I was able to place the panel away from the water feature. Instructions were easy to follow. It ran longer through the night than the 4 hours advertised and is up and running this morning. The water flow is perfect for my 24” diameter bowl.

I have no idea as to the battery life. So far it works well when the sun is out however it has been very rainy since it was installed. ### ⭐ Not worth the money.

I bought this and it didn’t even last a month. The pump battery was incapable of holding a charge. I had it in a location facing south that receives at least 8 uninterrupted hours of sunlight daily. The pump would only work for 15 minutes maximum no matter how many days I let it charge by sunlight without operating. I finally broke down and bought a separate battery charger from the manufacturer and fully charged the batteries indoors. The pump then worked for 1 hour before stopping. After that I couldn’t get it to operate anymore at all. I sent it back, and got a full and prompt refund and after some planning and machinations managed to hook up a traditional electric pump that I bought with half the money refunded from this dud.
