I have arthritis in my hands and was unable to open any of the jars or bottles in my frig. Was not large enough to open a wide mouth Mason jar and I squashed a plastic water bottle I tried to open. So discontinued for a couple of days. Will try it again tomorrow and wear for only about 4 hours just to brake it in. So far so good and hope it helps me to stand up straight.Also the Coumadin cookbook looks very interesting.
