A friend of mine recommended for use for lowering blood sugar. Haven’t had blood work done yet but this is the tastiest way of lowering it. I use it to enhance carob (I can’t eat chocolate anymore) flavor in my smoothies. If you can eat chocolate try it in your chocolate chip muffins or anything chocolatey. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely Damaged goods. *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 30, 2020* One of the bottles was smashed (broken glass and cinnamon everywhere and the other bottle had a loose lid about to fall off so it was likely contaminated and has to be discarded. I tried for a long time to order this as it is my favorite cinnamon and I cannot get to Trader Joes during the quarantine due to my age and prexisting health issues. This is the second Trader Joes item that was smashed inside upon arrival. I am counting on Prime for a great deal of items but it seems that anything from TJs is smashed.. Please advise how I can get a refund for the cinnamon. I am not giving any stars but it seems you are forcing me to in order to get this message through.
