Here's your chance. This baking cook book offers 100 recipes from the show, for everything from cakes to biscuits to breads to pastry to pudding. The recipes are straightforward, and the book is lavishly illustrated. There is an explanation of terms and tools upfront. Warning: The recipes use metric measures; be prepared to convert. This cookbook, "The Great British Bake Off: Everyday," has been a real fun read for me. It had some interesting desserts my Grandmother would make when I was a child. Wonderful memories of her kitchen. I enjoyed and continue to enjoy browsing through this book and the pictures are great. As far as using the recipe's, it is a little more of a challenge as the metric system is used for measurements. A book with all the technical challenges from season two, and various recipes from some of the bakers. I've made quite a few recipes from the book. Don't get discouraged that the ingredients are measured differently than we do here in the states. Just get yourself a digital scale ($10 and up), switch the measurement to metric (mine had a button on the bottom that easily did that), and measure til your heart is content.
