Humidistat cycles a lot as it seems to just turn on and off exactly at the humidity you set it to. Produces plenty of vapor for a fairly large grow room but definitely requires some extra circulation to distribute all that vapor before it cuts off for no reason. Also the reservoir does not lock in, it just sits there so you better not accidentally wack it. Not sure how long this product is going to last but it probably wouldnt be hard to rip it apart and add your own controls.ONE MONTH LATER: Still working great. Although one thing to watch out for is heaters. This thing can’t be within 1000 miles of a heater or else the temperature sensor reads high and it thinks the humidity is a lot lower than it actually is. Seems to have poor airflow across the temp sensor or something because the high temp reading will stay there for a while. And no it’s not on carpet. With a heater keeping the room at 80 degrees, humidity at 50%, and an outside air temp of 70 with a humidity of 35, requires a refill about twice a day with a considerable air exchange rate. If i keep the room at a higher temp that’s obviously going to be better. Overall reliable so far. One weird thing is that if you take the tank off while it’s running, sometimes it doesn’t shut off 😂 That’s the only other weird part on my unit. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars It's just OK at best - I would not buy again *by G***C on Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2019* I bought two of these units for my kids rooms. With the winter heat in the northeast, want to provide a little more humidity to the rooms.I am very suspect that the tank is in fact 5L. It seems way to small for that. The bigger problem is the tank as a whole. It has no carry handle, which make filling and carrying very difficult. Further, the fully round design of the unit makes it guess work as to aligning it right. I am in constant fear these two factors will lead to major water spills, either during filling or insertion.But the most difficult thing is the display and controls. The controls are capacitive and do not activate easily. It often takes multiple or touches to get the unit on. To add to that, the control display is so small, you need to be within inches of it to make sense of the settings. Often I have tripped the wrong setting or sleep function and the unit is off well before morning. I used to let my kids turn the old units we had off, they cant seem to do it with these new onesAs to the humidistat/setting, I don't believe it is accurate and does not align with a static humidistat in the room, so it is all guessing game. To add to that, the instructions included were fairly limited. For example, in the humidistat setting that references the letter "C", which makes me thing centigrade, which would make no sense at all, unless it does have a thermometer? Who knows.I have not done a cleaning yet, so I cannot comment, but will amend this review if I run into any issues.All in all, they seem to be OK units, but honestly, if I had my chance, I would have not kept these and gone with a different unit, something with a better tank/handle design that is more "drop and go", not spending a bunch of time to line up, and with a bigger, more intuitive display and simpler buttons. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Product worked then stopped *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2023* So I have had this unit since 2020, and I was satisfied. However, as of last week no vapor is coming out of the unit. I tried to to look it up online and I can not find any help. I even looked on Amazon to find the product but it's no longer on Amazon. Also, in my order history it states I bought a product very different from the product that I received.Manufacture can you tell me why or how to fix the unit to continue to produce vapor. When i take off the top. I can see the water is pooling and bubbling producing vapor.
