Not too heavy but heavy enough to not worry about losing or falling off your shirt or pants. It came with 6 clear pouches large enough for the size of a 'credit card'. I recommend these. THE ONLY BAD thing was the rubber attachment piece that was intended for the plastic pouches is literally useless. To fix that problem, I used an old key ring and worked just fine.
